We’re excited to introduce our September alumna, Laurie Wiegand-Jackson, a distinguished 1984 graduate of the Department of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering  at West Virginia University.  

For the month of August, we are excited to feature Line-Audrey Nkule, alumna of the Department of Mining Engineering. Nkule serves as senior autonomy engineer at Caterpillar Inc., an American mining and engineering equipment manufacturer.

The Alumni Who Inspire! Program in the Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources recognizes alumni for their dedication to their professions, our college and West Virginia University. The program was launched in Fall 2023 as a monthly discussion board with alumni of the College.

Yuhe Tian, assistant professor of chemical and biomedical engineering in the Benjamin M. Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources at West Virginia University, has been awarded with the recently established Stuart and Karen Goodman Faculty Fellowship.
