A Benjamin M. Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources led bridge system has progressed from mere concept to widespread commercial implementation.

Robin Hissam, teaching associate professor in the Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources, has been appointed to associate dean of academics and student performance, effective July 1, 2022.

More than 40 people – including many former students – are building upon the legacy of late West Virginia University professor Yi Luo by establishing a memorial scholarship to benefit graduate students in the Benjamin M. Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources Department of Mining Engineering.
