The latest gift from longtime West Virginia University supporters Dan and Betsy Brown will help fund activities related to the WVU Formula SAE racing team in the Benjamin M. Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources.
Morgan King, a civil engineering major from Charleston, has been selected to receive a Fulbright Scholarship.
On Thursday, May 3, West Virginia University will be hosting “Powering your Research with IBM Watson: IBM Watson + Healthcare,” from 5-8 p.m., in room 135 of the Advanced Engineering Research Building. The event is open to the WVU community; dinner and refreshments will be provided.

A student from the Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources at West Virginia University was one of 60 students selected nationally by the Council on Undergraduate Research to showcase their work on Capitol Hill during the annual Posters on the Hill session, held April 17-18.
